“Craft Your Vision” allows you to upload any reference image of a garment you like—from platforms like Pinterest or Instagram—and we will recreate a similar design tailored to your measurements using our premium fabrics.
2. Can I choose my own fabric?
Absolutely. You can select from our curated range of high-quality, eco-conscious fabrics to bring your vision to life.
3. What if the design in the image is not feasible?
If any design element cannot be executed exactly, our team will get in touch with you to suggest the closest possible alternatives before proceeding.
4. Can I make changes after placing the order?
Minor changes may be possible if the production hasn’t started yet. Once tailoring begins, modifications may not be feasible.
5. What is your return or exchange policy for custom designs?
Since each piece is custom-made, returns are generally not accepted. However, we do assist with alterations if there are any fitting issues.
6. Can I add personalized details like initials or custom styling?
Yes, you can add personalized touches such as initials, collar styles, cuffs, and other detailing to make your garment truly unique.
