• Customized pants are tailored according to measurements provided by the customer.
• Since each custom piece is made uniquely, customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to provide correct and complete measurements.
• If there is an error from our side (wrong stitching, wrong size, defect), we will offer free correction or replacement.

• Standard-size products follow regular return and exchange policies (see Return Policy).
• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, with a return handling fee of ₹200 per item.

• Prices are displayed in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• We accept payments via secure online methods and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
• For COD orders, additional charges may apply depending on courier guidelines.
• Orders may be cancelled if payments are not completed or if fraudulent activity is suspected.

• Shipping timelines vary based on location and order type.
• Customized products require additional processing time (5–10 business days).
• Delivery delays may occur due to courier issues, public holidays, or unforeseen disruptions.
• Once shipped, responsibility is transferred to the courier; however, we will assist with tracking and support.

• A return handling fee of ₹200 per item is applicable for every return.
• Returns must meet our eligibility conditions—product must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags.
• Customized size products cannot be returned.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after quality inspection.
• COD refunds are processed through bank transfer or store credit.

• Customized orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.
• If cancellation is approved, refunds follow normal processing timelines.

• Coupons and promotional offers cannot be combined unless specified.
