Refund/ Return/ Exchange Policy – Keep Wearing It

At K.W.IT (Keep Wearing It), every garment is crafted carefully using premium linen and khadi fabrics. We want your shopping experience to be smooth and satisfying. Please look into our return and exchange rules below.

1. Standard Sizes (S, M, L, XL, XXL)

Eligible for Return & Exchange

Return / Exchange Window

  • Request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility Conditions

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • All original tags must be intact.
  • Items with signs of usage, washing, perfume, stains, or alterations will be rejected.

Return (Refund)

  • Once the product reaches our facility and passes quality check, the refund will be processed within 7 days.
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method or store credit as preferred.

Exchange

  • After receiving the original item and verifying its condition, the new product will be dispatched within 7 days.
  • Only one exchange is considered per order.

2. Customized Garments

Not Eligible for Return | One Free Alteration

Customized pieces are crafted specifically to your measurements and styling preferences, so returns or refunds are not applicable.

Free Alteration

  • You get one complimentary alteration.
  • Alteration request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Send the product back to us; we will adjust the fit and ship it back within 7 days.
  • Requirements for alteration ( maximum alteration + or – 2 inches)
  •  Shirts - No alteration will be done on shoulder, sleeve length, collar, cuffs
  • Alteration availability – Chest/Stomach/Hip ( Can be decreased up to 1 inch), Length ( Can be decreased up to 2 inches)
  • Pant – Length can be increased up to 1 inch and decreased up to 3 inches, Waist can be increased upto 2 inches and decreased up to 1 inch, Thigh loose can be increased or decreased up to 1 inch.

Exceptions (Return Accepted Only If):

A return or refund will be approved only if:

  • The product is damaged from our side, or
  • The fit is completely incorrect due to our measurement error.

Refund will be processed after inspection within 7 days of receiving the product back.

3. Shipping for Returns
  • Please ensure the garment is securely packed to avoid transit damage.

5. Important Notes
  • K.W.IT reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions.
  • Alteration turnaround time may vary slightly during peak seasons.
  • Sale or offer products will not be eligible for return or exchange.
